Thanks for stopping by. This week I speak with Joey DiMaggio, a Michigan* chef, who lost over 100 Lbs and discovered a whole new way of cooking things up with a plant based diet.



Joey shares his story of growing up in an Italian family where the phrase “mangia” (eat) was a central to every social encounter, of which there were many, and his struggle with weight as a result. When health issues promised a life of prescription medication and an inevitable heart attack he refused to accept the direction he was headed in. Instead he choose to Mend the Path he was on and got Back to Better™
